Kristin began her athletic career at the age of nine, in the sport of acrobatic gymnastics. Over the next decade, she and acrobatics partner Michael Rodrigues became U.S. National Champions, World Champions, and the first and only Americans to win the World Games in the sport. Beyond her competition results, Allen has earned numerous accolades including USA Gymnastics Sportsperson of the Year, Athlete of the Year, and FIG World-Class Gymnast. In 2015, she was inducted into the USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame.
After retiring from competitive sport, Kristin went on to perform over 900 shows for Cirque du Soleil, the world’s largest theatrical production company. Allen then joined Olympians
and world-medalists for the 40-city Kellogg’s Tour of Champions, performing in some of America’s largest venues. In 2014, she worked on the BBC production of Tumble, a reality show that paired celebrities with top performers for a live spectacle of gymnastics competition. She went on to perform acrobatic stunts on Broadway in the Tony award-winning production of Pippin.
Kristin’s career path shifted dramatically when she traumatically injured her back while doing a stunt during a performance of Pippin. Kristin now lives with chronic pain from her injury, but that does not stop her from living life to the fullest. Currently residing in Los Angeles, California, she is a student at the USC Marshall School Business, one of top business programs in the United States. Beyond being a student, she is the founder and president of the Acrobatic Gymnastics Foundation (iheartacro.org) which provides grants to athletes with financial need, as well as a board member of the National Gymnastics Foundation.

Decidiu deixar a sua carreira bancária ao fim de 14 anos, onde era subdiretora e dedicar-se em exclusivo ao Coaching de Alta Performance. Foi a primeira coach de Alta Performance em Portugal e uma das primeiras 200 em todo o mundo certificada diretamente por Brendon Burchard, fundador da High Performance Academy nos EUA e considerado uma das pessoas mais influentes do mundo nesta área. Adquiriu ainda outras certificações internacionais na área do Coaching e da PNL, efetuando grande parte da sua aprendizagem em Londres diretamente com John Grinder, o co-criador da PNL. Viu o seu trabalho reconhecido no Campeonato Europeu de Futebol de 2016, pelo trabalho efetuado com Eder Lopes, quando este marcou o golo que deu a vitória à Seleção de Portugal.
Susana Torres acompanha vários futebolistas e treinadores nas principais ligas europeias e no seu currículo conta já com grandes resultados no seu trabalho com equipas de primeira liga. Para além do futebol, Susana Torres também é coach de empresários de sucesso e outras pessoas de diversas áreas. Todos os anos realiza em Lisboa a Certificação Internacional em Coaching de Alta Performance,que contou na sua ultima edição com 200 participantes. Realiza ainda o maior evento de Alta Performance em Portugal, com uma audiência de 1500 pessoas, no qual junta em palco referências de Alta Performance nas mais diversas áreas de atuação.
Bernard holds a bachelor in Physical Education and has a Masters in Science and Physical Activity from the Université Laval. He also taught Physical Education at the Université de Montréal from 1980-1997. As one of the main organizers of the first international conferences for the development of talent in gymnastics (World Gymnastics Championships held in Montréal in 1985), he was often asked to analyze international competitions such as the Sabaë World Championships and the following Olympic Games: Barcelona in 1992, Atlanta in 1996, Sydney in 2000, Athens in 2004, Beijing in 2008, London in 2012 and Rio de Janiero in 2016.
Renowned coach at Gymnix de Montréal from 1980-1998, Bernard has contributed to the development of some of Canada’s best gymnasts, including Cathy Giancaspro (Seoul 1988), Mylène Fleury (Barcelona 1992) and Marilou Cousineau (five time World Championships winner). He has also coached the Canadian Olympic Team, through 13 World Championships and 2 Olympic Games.
Bernard Petiot has been part of the Cirque du Soleil management team for 20 years and currently holds the title of Vice President of Casting and Performance. His Vice Presidency consists of the following departments: Human Performance Design and Management / Performance Medicine / Casting .

Fred’s journey started when he left college at 20 years old to start his first company, Sonder. Without really knowing what he was doing, he borrowed money from his grandma, and started working in his bedroom, while sleeping in the living room’s floor. Five years later Sonder operates in Lisbon, Oporto, and Barcelona, having cast thousands of people shooting for more than 30 countries, with brands like Coca-Cola, Nike, and Instagram. This adventure allowed Fred to go through an experience of accelerated learning, and that’s why he decided to put to service all the knowledge he has assimilated over the years. Through courses, seminars, talks, content, or conversations, his delivering the inspiration, mindset, and strategies necessary for everyone to become the ultimate version of themselves and make the most out of their lives.

Nuno Batista was born in Lisbon, Portugal. Majored with honors and Merit Prize in Communication and Multimedia by the Lusíada University of Lisbon and Pablo CEU Madrid in 2009, since then he have been living through countries as Spain, Thailand and finally China. Andrew Paradise is the CEO and founder of Skillz, the worldwide leader in mobile eSports, which was named the fastest-growing company in America by Inc. Magazine. Andrew is a serial entrepreneur with a successful track record. Prior to Skillz, Andrew founded AisleBuyer, which was sold to Intuit (NASDAQ: INTU) in April 2012 as well as Double Picture, which was sold in 2009 to MPA Inc. He has also worked in venture capital and private equity investing for Fort Washington Capital Partners and The Watermill Group.
Andrew learned to program at age seven by hacking a video game with a hex editor and later wrote his first game in Pascal. Andrew founded Skillz because he believes in making mobile games more fun for players while making game creation more lucrative for developers.
Colonel Mullane was born September 10, 1945 in Wichita Falls, Texas but spent much of his youth in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he currently resides. Upon his graduation from West Point in 1967, he was commissioned in the United States Air Force. As a Weapon Systems Operator aboard RF-4C Phantom aircraft, he completed 134 combat missions in Vietnam. He holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology and is also a graduate of the Air Force Flight Test Engineer School at Edwards Air Force Base, California.
Mullane was selected as a Mission Specialist in 1978 in the first group of Space Shuttle Astronauts. He completed three space missions aboard the Shuttles Discovery (STS-41D) and Atlantis (STS-27 & 36) before retiring from NASA and the Air Force in 1990. Mullane has been inducted into the International Space Hall of Fame and is the recipient of many awards, including the Air Force Distinguished Flying Cross, Legion of Merit and the NASA Space Flight Medal.
Since his retirement from NASA, Colonel Mullane has written an award-winning children’s book, Liftoff! An Astronaut’s Dream, and a popular space-fact book, Do Your Ears Pop In Space? His memoir, Riding Rockets: The Outrageous Tales of a Space Shuttle
Astronaut, has been reviewed in the New York Times and on the Jon Stewart Daily Show.
It has also been featured on Barnes and Noble’s 2010 recommended summer reading list. Mullane has held a lifelong passion for mountain climbing. Since age 60 he has summited Africa’s highest peak, Mt. Kilimanjaro, as well as Mt. Rainier and forty of Colorado’s 14,000 ft. peaks.
